Hi...

I'd like to divvy up the faq to have a questions section. Organize the information a little more. The overview is pretty good as is. I think alot of the Tips/Tricks page can be categorized a little better.

Here's what I propose:

We come up with a bunch of sections: 1) Common Questions - more FAQ like. This would answer questions like:

  • Why is NTN better than 75mm?
  • Where is 75mm better than NTN in it's current state?
  • Will there be a lightweight NTN binding in the future?
  • Can I ski low (knee to ski) style with NTN?
  • Can I ski Parallel in NTN?
  • What boots will work with NTN?
  • What boot sizes will work with NTN?
  • Can I use NTN boots in 75mm bindings?
  • Can I use NTN in traditional DIN alpine bindings?
  • Which NTN boots are Dynafit compatible?
  • Does NTN go tippy toe too easily? (we provide answer and point to the usage section)

2) Selecting NTN bindings and boots

  • What tubes should I get?
  • Which NTN binding size (large vs. small) for my boots?
  • What boots should I get?
  • Which boots are soft/stiff?

3) Mounting Tips

  • templates, filing down screws, blah blah blah

4) Usage tips

  • all the stuff like stepping in and tour mode go here
  • How to avoid tippy toe
  • Tips on flexing the bellow, etc.

5) Misc Tips/Tricks

  • Can I use a Dynafit heel to look my boots down? (see Frankentele)
  • What is FrankenTele?
  • Can I snowboard in NTN boots?

etc. etc.

Added FAQ page

I added a FAQ page: NTN Frequently Asked Questions. Feel free to add to it.

I think that our general approach should be to present information in both index form( FAQ and Index pages) as well as individual detail pages. The individual detail pages help with SEO and focus specific topics better. In the case of the FAQ, it should have brief answers to the questions, then provide a link for the full detail page on whatever the topic is, or even use multiple links out to detail pages. The Index page can do the same thing, just not in Question/Answer format.
