Created template for NTN Boots

It seems like the boots section might get reused on its own pageand maybe elsewhere, so I made a template out of it. To edit it, just go to /Template:NTN_Boots and edit.

some quick comments..

you have a v1.0 that hasn't stripped out at the set screw threads? Or had other failures that could warrant a replacement under warranty?

the pivot assembly on v2.0 is beefier and has tigher tolerances, which noticeably improves lateral feel.

the alu subframe is thicker and stronger, with various resulting benefits.

the engagement (i.e. 'activity') is improved. on v2.1, the boot bellows starts to compress as soon as my boot heel is a half inch or so off the heelpiece.

preload adjustment on the cartridges is easier and tool-free.

ski brake has been redesigned and much improved.
